Please mark all underground utilities before our team arrives for rentals that require digging and staking.

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance to keep everything running smoothly.

We take pride in the quality of our inventory and ask that all items are treated with care.

Return all items in the condition they were delivered

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
Full payment is required 3 days before delivery date. No orders will be scheduled for delivery until full payment is received. An order is considered complete three business days before the scheduled delivery.
A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected for all rentals. After equipment is returned and inspected, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method, provided no damages or missing items are found.
*Your card will only be charged if necessary, and we always communicate any charges beforehand.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before your event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 29 and 7 days before your event are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

All rental items are expected to be returned in the same condition they were delivered or picked up in, normal wear and tear excepted.
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive soiling of rental items during the rental period, including but not limited to:
Broken, cracked, or structurally damaged items
Stains, burns, or water damage
Missing parts or accessories
Damage caused by improper use, weather exposure, or negligence once items are in the client’s possession or at the event site
*If damages exceed the security deposit amount, the client agrees to be responsible for the remaining balance.

In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or venue closures, refunds will not be issued outside of the cancellation policy. However, a credit may be applied toward a future booking at our discretion.
For safety reasons, tents will not be installed if sustained wind gusts reach 35 mph or higher. This policy is in place to protect both our team and our clients.
